Extremely poor experience.

Extremely poor experience. Lindsay has the personality of a curb. Lost a 40k deal over poor customer service. Very disappointed in this dealership and staff.

Great service once I had an appointment.

Great service once I had an appointment. Took 2 days to get someone to call me back for an appointment and the app kept saying I didn’t need 10000 mile service when I did. That part of the process was terrible.

The friendly staff and sales team were excellent. The buying process was smooth and effortless. The financing associate was very friendly and personable. My sales consultant Tim was very knowledgeable and made my whole buying experience easy and fun. I would definitely do business with Kings Toyota again.
