Great service dropped my wife’s car off at eight in the morning and it was ready at nine fifteen.

I bought my Trax from this dealer in 2016 and have always gotten oil changes and basic service there since then, with the exception of one oil change. For the first 2 years the oil changes were free. This visit was the first time I felt pressured to add extra service like the replacement of engine filter (no explanation was given of why it should be replaced). They also wanted to replace the cabin filter but I declined, because of the mounting cost. I purchased new wiper blades which i definitely knew i needed, then found out the cost was 3 times what my brother's dealership charged him. Also a large list of additional services was shown to me saying NEEDED, including telling me the oil cooler needed to be replaced (over $3,000). In fact I was told it was DANGEROUS to drive the car without replacing it...Now, I doubted a car with only 51,000 miles could need this so I got a second opinion, and low and behold, it does NOT need replacement. I can no longer recommend this dealer nor will I return for business. They are over charging and trying to pressure clients into getting very expensive and unnecessary work done. Shame on Jake Sweeney.

My family and I have bought all of our cars/trucks from Jake?s Sweeney. I do not know what has happed but the service is absolutely terrible. You can NEVER talk to anyone and when you leave a message/text, no one responds. At this point I don?t think we will buy another car from here. We will go elsewhere.

Took my car in for oil change, cooling system service and tire pressure monitoring system light was on. They took care of everything for me quickly and explained the things that needed to be done. They always tell me the manufacturers recommendations so I can keep up the maintenance of my car to keep it running at top performance
