Made an appointment online and received the confirmation email. When I showed up at my confirmed time I was told they had no appointment on record. There was zero attempt made to fix the issue or accept accountability for the error. I left a message for the service manager that day to discuss my issue but have not received a return call several days later. I bought my truck from this dealership and have had most of my service done here despite it being 30 minutes from my home. This is my second bad experience with this department and I don't plan on returning for a third.

I was sold a brand new truck here at Beechmont Ford. They placed a 15.5% interest rate on my account and I found later that 2% rate loans were available at competitive lenders. They purposely ripped me off as I had over a 700plus credit score. They conveniently run through you signing you vehicle documents so that you don’t catch the high rate interest rate you get stuck with. They overcharged me on the sale price also. It appears the person who handled my purchase is a sneaky crafty crook. I found the rate documents after the purchase when this guy quoted me a 6.9% rate. This was horrible. Run don’t walk from this dealership to purchase your new vehicle.

Phenomenal experience with salesman Michael (Mike) Mason....
Phenomenal experience with salesman Michael (Mike) Mason. Will never buy a vehicle from anyone else! I truly encourage you to ask for Mike if you find yourself at Beechmont! When I called to inquire about a 2020 Mustang GT, Mike answered the phone. It was quite obvious from the start: Mike possesses authentic excitement and passion for vehicles and, most importantly, customers. As an automotive enthusiast myself, I was so happy to find someone who shared a genuine love for cars. Mike went above and beyond to get me into the dealership that evening for a test drive. When my wife and I arrived, he greeted us with enthusiasm, handed us the keys to the vehicle, and told us to "have fun." Most laidback test drive ever. He trusted us with a high-performance car, and that meant a lot. Upon returning from our test drive, Mike stepped outside and said, "Spend as much time with it as you want--no rush. Take it out again if you want to!" While we didn't take up Mike on his offer for a second test drive, we did know that we'd love to make a deal with Mike. Within about twenty minutes, we agreed on numbers, and I informed Mike we would return the next day to pick up the vehicle. The next day, when I arrived at the dealership, Mike had cleaned the GT and staged it on the showroom floor for pickup. I never would've expected such above-and-beyond service from a dealership. Mike told me to take a few photos while it was on the floor as he fitted my plates. After pulling the vehicle outside, Mike spent roughly twenty minutes reviewing the car's features and functions. Before I left the lot, I made sure to inform Mike that he was the best car salesman I'd ever encountered, and this was--by far--my best car buying experience. Now, Mike could've waved me off the lot and had a customer for life. He'd done a phenomenal job, and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. But it gets even better... When I returned home, I realized I'd left several documents at the dealership. I called Mike and requested he hold the documents, and I would drive the 45 minutes back to the dealership. But Mike insisted that he'd be happy to drop off the documents whenever and wherever... Wow. Mike has earned a customer for life, and as long as he stays with this dealership, so has Beechmont Ford! Thanks again, Mike! :-)

Seriously lacking
My new car buying experience with Beechmont Ford was eriously disappointing... I started to buy a new 2021 Ford Bronco after test driving one in the lot. Turned out that one was not for sale so the sales manager set out to locate that vehicle for me in a different color. It wasn't until time to sign that it was revealed that the located vehicle- was NOT the same one I wanted because it was missing the moon roof. Seems to me a serious omission that should have been noted before signing time. After consideration I decided to go ahead and buy the located Bronco without the moon roof. I signed for the Bronco and financed the purchase and was told the vehicle would be delivered within a week. After waiting a week I called the salesman and said I changed my mind on that Bronco and have decided to buy a different vehicle from the inventory of Beechmont Ford. It seems very odd to me that I am getting emails from Beechmont Ford asking about my buying experience for the Bronco even though it was never delivered. Seems a lack of follow through. I told the salesman on Saturday that I had chosen an Escape from their inventory but he was too busy with other customers Saturday so I made an appointment to come in on Monday. The salesman could not explain to me the differences between dealer discounts and Ford rebates and had to get the sales manager to go over it. Then I once again went to finance for the Escape and finally got home around 7pm and looked over the paperwork. I called the next day to ask questions because no one had gone through the settlement statement to explain line by line all the additional fees, taxes, interest etc. It was then that I noticed that the finance manager jad tricked me into signing for a SERVICE CONTRACT to the tune of an additional $2894.43 WITHOUT EVER MENTIONING anything about the added expense. This deception seems to be a common procedure by Beechmont Ford. I would NEVER have knowingly signed up for this extended warranty. I called the next day to speak to the finance manager and was told that the guy was off that day so the operator put me in touch with the finance manager on duty that day and I letter a voice message before noon. NO ONE called me back. So I called again the following day and again told the operator my concerns and that I had left a message the previous day once again the operator tried several times to page finance and no one answered. So I left another message for someone to call me. When the finance manager finally called me he was rude and took no responsibility for deceptively adding on the service contract. So I had to once again go into Beechmont Ford to sign a new finance agreement with the extended warranty removed. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Beechmont Ford!!!
