Great Customer Service
Even though I didn't buy a car, the customer service was amazing. Financial department was very transparent about my situation and even offered advice. Bryson was amazing and helpful. When I am ready to buy I will definitely go back.

Outrageous
Don't even bother to call them, they won't return you call or email or text msg. Once they see you're interested in the vehicle they would increase the price and won't return your calls.

Why would I get treated this way
Loved these guys. Had a issue come up. A mechanic at a different business said he heard grinding in the rear. Called Walt's and set up an appointment to look at it. Got there for the appointment. The fella who was taking care of customers told me they had me down for a oil change instead of an inspection to see what was wrong. I asked him so you are just wasting my time by having me miss work to come up there. He said it looks like that. I was appalled. Didn't even look at it. Went to Smiths in Covington. They said the rear was fine but the tires Walt sold me had bad belts and I paid 400 each tire. Totally unacceptable and no where near professional.

Two Thumbs Up!
I purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L from Brett at Walt Sweeney Ford. There was a tear in the leather which would have been a deal-breaker for me (because with kids in and out, it would only get bigger). They committed to taking care of it. They had it professionally repaired. After taking possession, we found a seat buckle that didn't work (looked like it may have been replaced before). Because it was a safety issue that should have been caught during the inspection, they agreed to take care of it. This is the type of customer service, that will keep me coming back. Brett was wonderful to work with. I texted several times during the process and he was always very responsive, even when I texted when he wasn't scheduled to work. Bad deal
A bad transaction. Hide all figures from you hurry up and get you out the door as fast as possible. My wife went to see the figure three or four times salesman did not show . Lied about the interest rate it was 6.5 turned out to be seven. Feel like we got burned on our trade in. And feel like I paid Max dollar for the new car. Did not get my $500 veterans discount. Even the girl in the back that does the only applications and paperwork hurry up sign here kind of kick you out the door. I have bad feelings about this dealership. Hour and a half drive to get an oil free oil change wonder if we're going to hand me a bill when I get done. And the free coupon book they give you only their dealer deals with it no other dealers. Like my old car. Beau Townsend Ford showed you the figures and then when and did the paperwork to make sure you were happy with the figure. The dealership owner never called back.

Recently had collision repair done at the collision repair shop. The people there were awsome. They explained everything that needed to be done and even had it done in one week. The service department told me about points I had earned that I didn't even know about, and the points covered my recent "works" I had done. That place is AMAZING!!!.

GREAT BODY SHOP
I took my 2021 BMW to 3 top body shops, including Walt Sweeney Collision. Sweeney gave me the best (lowest) bid, and delivered my vehicle, with a perfect paint job, well ahead of the estimated time to repair. Thanks FAST EDDIE!

Poor service
Thought the car I got was a good deal, but since driving off the lot get no help with the problems I have had. Very unhelpful dealership and the service department is ran very poorly. They need to hire someone that knows the car dealership responsibility and mechanical experience.
