We bought a used car there which is a great car, great price, and great people to do business with. The car was exactly as represented on Cars.com. We drove 3.5 hours to get there and they pulled the keys while we were on our way so it would not be sold out from under us. Our salesman, Willie, was great to work with and very accommodating. He couldn't have been any nicer!

I went to to buy my 3rd Toyota at performance of Fairfield, and I was very happy with my s as les person Kai and the Manager TJ, they listened and ultimately found me the perfect vehicle! I love my new 2025 RAV4!! I unfortunately had to spend more than I really wanted to, however it is because I needed the interior to be leather, (easy to care for when you have two dogs) I also added bumper to bumper extended warranty and 5 oil changes and of course Gap coverage, No one should every purchase a car and not get Gap! So tgank you thank you to Kai and TJ!!!!

Overall, I had a great experience at PT. I just wrecked my car, PT had a car very similar to the car I had. The process was thorough but quick. I Had my 2019 Toyota Avalon Picked up at 10:00 Am and my car was not returned to me till 4:30 Pm I've Been a Mechanic for 40 yrs that's is why i have my car serviced work done by Dealership i don't want to work on cars when i get off work so i know it doesn't take 6 hrs to change a battery that's all that was done. i didn't get my tires pressure checked didn't get my complimentary safe and Dependable video Multi Point Inspection. I have had great experience with Toyota Performance Leased 3 Camry Bought my Avalon. The service made me want to buy my car there Its. Today is Thursday I've been trying to get ahold of the service manger since Tuesday left many messages no call back Not a happy Customer

John Campbell was my guy! Found my truck and I was approved before I arrived, paperwork ready. Even shared his pizza! Garrett Lee walked me through the financial information with patience and was incredibly pleasant and didn’t rush me out. Both men were wonderful.
