Everything was as expected when buying a used car.

Everything was as expected when buying a used car. Then when I returned home (2 hours away), I had received an email that the price of the vehicle had been dropped. The new price was less than my price and within the range I had requested and was told was lower than they could go. This was an awful email to receive so soon after the purchase. I reached out to the dealership before posting a review but a week later they have not responded. Definitely tainted my experience.

I have been a customer of Performance Honda, Fairfield since about 2004. I recently purchased my 6th vehicle. My sales Rep has been Conrad Barnes for the last for vehicles and the current purchase (2.22.25). Whenever I am ready to make a new purchase, Conrad knows exactly what I am looking for and when I arrive at Performance Honda in Fairfield, OH, he makes the time spent worth the wait and he makes sure that everything is done decently and in order. I always walk away a SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Handed us off to Dalton in finance who was great to deal with.
