Was shopping for a used Silverado.
Was shopping for a used Silverado. Looked at a 2018 they had that was priced a little high. Was looking to pay cash or finance for the right deal. I understand dealers make money on loans. No problem. Said the cash price was 3k above advertised price. Sales woman kept wanting to talk payments etc. the usual xx. Told her I was only concerned about the out the door price. I made a reasonable low side offer. She came back a few minutes later and handed me her business card and said they couldn’t do that and to call if I changed my mind. No counter offer etc. can’t remember her name as I tossed the business card on the way to the next dealer. Found a similar truck with only 5k more miles and no scratch on the bed. Paid 2k out the door cash less than their “friends” financed “deal”. Next day I get a call from another sales person asking if I was still interested in the truck and if had any questions. Ya one question, are you really looking to sell cars or play games. Never been there before and will never be back.

I bought my truck here. Sales was great but service.... who ever heard of dropping your vehicle off over night to get an oil change? Isn't that what an appointment is for? Then when they did do the oil change, nothing was greased, the Def fluid wasn't topped off, all things that are advertised. I questioned the service rep about it and was told it's not good to continually top off your Def fluid. Give me a break. I gave up on the "free" oil changes I had left. The tailgate switch quit working. It's still under warranty but yet I was told I may have to pay for it to get fixed and leave it for a couple days. I took it to Sierra Chevy and it was fixed while I waited and told ahead of time it was covered under warranty.

I recently drove over an hour to visit Progressive Chevy in Massillon, Ohio, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Despite prior assurances, I was met with unfulfilled promises and poor customer service. I waited over four hours while staff dealt with computer issues, only to find that the vehicle I came to see was not prepared as promised. Adding to the frustration, I overheard staff speaking negatively about the dealership's ownership—a disheartening reflection of the work culture. It became evident that customer care was not a priority, as I felt rushed and disregarded, like just another number to move along. Regrettably, this visit was a complete waste of time. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership and would advise others to look elsewhere for a more professional and respectful car-buying experience.

I bought a 2017 Camaro convertible.
I bought a 2017 Camaro convertible. I test drove it… no problems. Came in 2 days later and signed paperwork. Driving home I noticed a musty smell. Called dealer and reported it. Aired out the car, used carpet fresh etc. I asked the dealer to check the ac drain for a blockage and to steam clean the car. They refused. They said I could bring it back for a refund. I did. The dealership must have known that fix wouldn’t work. They must have known the car had been involved in some flood scenario. Should have been a salvage title. Don’t trust this dealership!

Salesman Christian was friendly and helpful. Signing was fairly quick and painless. I'm extremely precise in my language, questions, and follow-up. First night we were there,a sales manager, Clayton, offered us an "out the door" price. I immediately stopped him and clarified that his "OTD" price would include tax,title and fees. He said "yes, it includes tax, title and fees." I again said "that would be my total price" and he said yes. I didn't even think to have him write it down. We left and returned the next day. Clayton was off. Since it wasn't written on the deal aheet, Christian called Clayton who said he never made that offer and I was mistaken. They won, because i still bought the car. It turned a very good deal and pleasant experience into a decent price and a negative experience. Good selection of cars,but you can't trust thier word.
