This dealer is a joke!

This dealer is a joke! Not worth your time. Stay away! Unprofessional and a total waste of time. Drove over 2 hours to look at a truck and wasn't able to take it for a test drive as it was listed on a auction site and the mileage was already recorded. He could have told me this on the phone when he called earlier in the day to ask when I was arriving to look at it. Total waste of my time and gas. Beware of this place! Go elsewhere.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Saw a vehicle on auto trader and this dealers website that was available for sale. Drove 40 minutes to the dealership to see that the vehicle was out front on the lot and available for sale. Waved a salesman down, very polite guy. Tells me he can’t get the keys to the vehicle nor offer a test drive unless I do a credit application and preapproved through GM financial first. Says they won’t work with any outside financial institutions besides GM financial even after I told him I’ve already been preapproved with my bank. After being left with no other options from the dealer I sit down to consider doing a credit application. Within 2 minutes of waiting he comes over to tell me the car is no longer available because someone in management relative “plans” to purchase the vehicle. Sadly the entire time I had a check in my wallet from my bank to buy the vehicle and the salesmen was honest enough to even mention he’s lost a few sales because of this dealerships business methods. The dealership had the vehicle in their inventory for 6 months before I visited that day. On the bright side the vehicle was in great excellent shape, just wish my money was good enough.

All I can say is be careful.

All I can say is be careful. I wrote a review yesterday and Dan threated to slap me with a slander lawsuit if I didn't remove it. He also informed me that our whole interaction at the dealership and when you call into the dealership was recorded. In my opinion worse dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

When you make a purchase you expect a certain amount of honesty .here there is none completely deceptive practises.its ok bad things happen to liars .I recommend never purchasing a vehicle from here

Don't Buy from BUCK CHEVROLET! EVER!

I came to your dealership in Canal Fulton to look at a used 2017 Honda Accord Sport. The website shows that sales is open from 10:00am-6:00pm most days. We were there at 5:00pm on a wednesday and told that day was their 'admin' day. So they took my info and said would have someone call me. I really am interested in driving the accord so we showed up at 10:00am Thursday morning. At this point is where it gets interesting. We were then told to go look at the car outside while sales would come out in a few to speak with us. Outside, I was informed that they do NOT sell a used car to anyone who had not previously purchased a vehicle from them. So they refused to even let me look at the car. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Buck Chevrolet based on this experience.

Update: Apparently management is willing to excuse this behavior. By trying to blame the customer. Wonderful defense strategy. However, i will continue to post these. But as you can see from the other terrible reviews that this isn't the 1st time that this has happened. It's really pathetic that they searched my reviews to try to slam me. Then copied and pasted it below on the reply.. Once again lying. So very sadd.But, sorry darling. Im proud of my sobriety. This is what they are reduced to. I will be sure to report this to the people who really matter.

Buck Chevrolet did the best they could with communicating with you but suspect you were either intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances because nothing they said made sense to you during your visit. We feel terrible for the child that you had with you and sincerely hope you find the help you need in cleaning up your life. You are a danger to yourself and others anc need to stop acting this way before you cause damage to yourself or others. Please leave us alone and never communicate with us again or we will sue you for liable and slander. FYl..you need to have a job before you can apply for a loan. Just saying you make money is not enough proof to the banks, Sincerely Your grateful friends that never have to see you again. P..you need to go back to these days!!
