I leased a 2025 Lincoln Corsair Grand Touring from Varsity Lincoln. Great vehicle! And I can't believe how great the service I received from Denise and Nolan... I rate myself as a picky customer who has specific wants and don't-wants... Instead of being tired of me, Denise and Nolan got me exactly what I wanted - in a tough way... Denise located the car, and Nolan drove 13 straight hours to get my car... What? Yes! 13 hours. No typo! I have never heard or received this great service! That was not the end but the start of the buying experience. The entire process was a complete joy. Whenever I need a vehicle, I don't think twice but always contact Denise from Varsity Lincoln with no hesitation. And I am sure I will do so for my life, as I know Denise, Nolan, and their team are working at Varsity! Thank you, Denise, Nolan, and Varsity team for life!

Went to Varsity Lincoln in Novi to have my wheels
Went to Varsity Lincoln in Novi to have my wheels replaced and some repairs done to my F150 after my wheels were stolen and damaged to my vehicle caused by the tow truck driver. Needed my truck back asap due to a vacation plan I had. Richard the body shop estimator that was overseeing my repairs said they would do their best to get my vehicle back to me asap. He did just that! I had it back in less than 3 days and in time for my trip. Richard was very helpful, answered all my concerns and kept me up to date with everything. Thanks to all at the Varsity Lincoln team for getting my repairs completed right and quick. Sincerely, Daniel

Fuel door housing failed. Brandon was very helpful with the order. Job was completed timely, along with Quick Lane Oli change. Brandon also provided a few tire brands and pricing as that will be next replacement. Overall great service.
