I just bought a truck from Wadsworth Motors, they are wonderful! I never experienced a sale going so smooth and no pressure! JR is outstanding, his son is also great! There cars are priced low compared to other dealers! I just can’t say enough about them! If you need a good used vehicle that is the place to go!

Drove all the way there from Chicago to buy a car from them because they seemed to have very fair pricing and I'm really glad I did. From the moment I contacted them about the vehicle to the moment I arrived to test drive Nick was super helpful. I requested some pictures of the suspension since I saw some aftermarket modifications and without one complaint Nick had gotten me all the photos requested. Every dealer I had inquired here in Chicago had ridiculous dealer fees, lot fees, etc and the asking price was already more than a grand more than what Wadsworth motors was asking. This was honestly my first car purchase from a dealer that didn't leave me feeling like I was scammed. Absolutely no buyers remorse and the best part is I didn't even have to haggle. I paid their full asking price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car in the area. My wife and I were even talking about wanting to make future purchases from them despite the distance!

A great place to buy from Jr and Nick are the best someone else was interested in the 2018 4runner limited they found another vehicle for that costumer so I good purchase the one on the lot, the purchase was quick and easy thank u very much

We buy a new vehicle for personal or business use about once a year. We usually go to the big dealerships but happened to find a vehicle at this location. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with the dealership. Not only was JR friendly and helpful, but he was the most honest person I’ve ever dealt with a dealership. Without me even asking, he pointed out the finance charges and what would be the total amount of interest paid if we went the term of the loan. No other sales person has ever done that, because they don’t want you to see how much money you’re paying in interest. Although I was well aware of what the interest amount would be, I didn’t expect to hear it from my sales person, and I was very pleasantly surprised that they weren’t trying to hide anything. I searched from Cleveland to canton and they had the best price by far on my vehicle. We will definitely be checking here first for every vehicle purchase in the future!

We purchased a car from this dishonest dealer. There were two issues prior to purchase. They fixed one and covered over the other. (They put in brake fluid instead of power steering fluid, which covered over a power steering issue long enough to get us out the door.) That issue was corrected by our reputable repair shop. We purchased a warranty, at a cost of $2,000. That is no small change for us. We were told that we could use any licensed repair shop, as long as they called before doing repairs. Fast forward 18 months. There were issues with the car, and I did as they asked. Our reputable mechanic called and was told the issues could only be repaired by a dealer. This is completely opposite of what we were told at purchase. I called Wadsworth Motorcars and spoke with J.R. J.R> is the manager and the owner's son. He said he called the Toyota Cares rep. According to JR, the rep said it is their discretion to only allow a dealer to make repairs. This would be the same dealer that couldn't even put the correct fluid in the steering column. In other words, our $2000 warranty is totally useless. I thought Wadsworth Motorcars was a reputable used car dealer. THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE DISHONEST. DO NOT buy from this dealer.

Wadsworth Motorcars is honestly a hidden gem! I went with a family member when she purchased a car and I walked out with my dream car. Nick and JR were very attentive and knowledgeable. After discussing what my goal was they actually took the time to listen and thoroughly answer my questions. Communication was the best!! I always rec'd a prompt call back ! I will never buy from another dealership again! I have also referred my dad and nephew to them :) Just a great group of guys!!

I had such a good time buying my JEEP! Nick and Jr and the nicest guys to work with. I took my sister with me and she ended up buying a car also. I will never buy from anywhere else!

We paid $2,000 for a useless piece of paper. They promised that we could go to any licensed repair shop. We would not have purchased the warranty otherwise, as we take all of our repair business to a local, licensed shop, not to the dealer. Fast forward 18 months. The car has some issues. I take it to our reputable mechanic. The warranty is useless. They supposedly HAVE THE DISCRETION to insist on us going to the dealer for repairs. That is NOT what we were promised at the point of sale. The owner's son had a condescending attitude with me when I pointed this out. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. That's certainly what we will be doing.

Stopped in at closing time and was treated as if it was the start of the day not the end. Great service in all aspects, will keep in mind for future vehicles!
