I have been pleased with Laria, but I'm disappointed in

I have been pleased with Laria, but I'm disappointed in my last visit. The visit was to rotate tires and check over my 2023 Bolt euv. I was told that I didn't need a tire rotation but was still charged $47. I'm not saying that I should not have been charged anything, but $47 seemed high.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. From the first phone call with Adam to picking up my vehicle I couldn't have asked to be treated any better. Everyone was so friendly and willing to work with my crazy work schedule to help me out. There were no games. What I heard on the radio about the special price was the truth unlike any other dealership I went to. I have been telling everyone about this. I will never go anywhere else.

I had a terrible experience with [Laria Chevrolet ].

I had a terrible experience with [Laria Chevrolet ]. I spoke to 2 salesman- Ryan and Scott- regarding a car that they had up on their website. They assured me that this specific car is available 2 weeks ago and promised to hold it for me as soon as they get it back from the owner’s garage since it was manager’s special and was kept by him. I am from Jersey and I told them that I would like to finalize the deal as soon as possible. I waited 2 weeks, trusting their word, only to find out this Monday morning that they had sold the car to someone else without even notifying me. This level of dishonesty and poor communication is completely unacceptable. They wasted my time and showed no regard for their customers’ trust. If you’re looking for a dealership that values integrity and keeps their promises, I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere

I am sorry that the vehicle sold so quickly. I show that you contacted us on Wednesday 3/26 and it sold Monday the 31st 5 days later. I know we promised we would get you a video as soon as we could but it sold site unseen to some one else out of state before we could get you the video. We wish you the best.

I asked for a price for one on their blazers.

I asked for a price for one on their blazers. They did not tell me the price. They sent an email and said someone will email me the price. I never got another email.

I brought my 2016 Chevrolet Suburban in (early January)

I brought my 2016 Chevrolet Suburban in (early January) for a shudder when I accelerate. I was told it was the torque converter. I was told by their service representative that there is a nationwide shortage on that torque converter part. I left and dealt with the shudder knowing it's hurting my truck. I called another dealership in Akron just to see if there is any availability now. I was told that there was never a shortage on that part. If Laria's service can't do the work and doesn't have the expertise, don't lie to me and tell that there is a part shortage. Tell the truth. Refer it out to another dealership that can do the work. Never going back ever again. They don't tell the truth and are a shady operation. I was thinking about buying a new car there but not now.
