On August 11, 2018 I brought my car for presell mechanical checkup to service department. My costumer scheduled the service closer to my house by my request. The car was Honda Civic SI 2007 with Navigation System and only 35,300 miles. I did evaluate the car on Bluebook as at good condition to be sold as trade in average $7500 or as private sell at over $9500. My customer agreed to pay $9000 after checkup was performed and was ready to close the deal when Service Supervisor Jim Klotz pulled my customer into a private room and told him that the car worth a lot less. It was solely his initiative to break the sell of my car because he was not asked to evaluate the car. That was my first customer who fist drove the car on Wednesday and asked to keep it till Saturday for us to be able to meet at Honda dealer for mechanical presell checkup. I had couple of other calls, but I asked those callers to contact me Saturday afternoon just in case the car is still available. As the sell fell because of the interference of Jim Klotz, the car was sold to another buyer for exactly the same amount of money $9000 in less than an hour. WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN USE THIS DEALLER FOR ANY SERVICE NEEDS!!!

Made several trips to try and buy a Honda CR-V. Dealt with Rick Williams. Tried to trade in a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. The car is in excellent condition. Sold for 34000 when new, their offer was $6250. A complete insult to my wife and I. After looking at the prices of there used cars I can see that they want to make a lot of money on trade ins by buying very low and selling very high. If you go there avoid dealing with Rick Williams.

Our son bought a used car from Rick Roush. He just graduated from high school. He needed a newer car to commute to college in the fall. Worked with Pat. He was a tremendous help. Really tried to help our son get into a good used car. Our son's car was pretty old and he helped get a decent trade in for his car. Kelly the finance manager also helped us get the right loan that worked for our situation. Together Pat and Kelly are an awesome team. They were so good we are already working toward the next car purchase in our family.

I was greeted by Darcy who couldn't have been more helpful. I was looking to trade my Civic in for the newer model. There were plenty of options at the dealer so I had options also. She explained all the differences between the cars and I was able to make a decision based on her knowledge. Awesome job!
