Was treated like I was not important.

Walked into the dealership and was greeted energetically. Started out like it would be a great experience. I was wrong. We spoke to the salesman about the Kia Soul. I informed him that we had never been in one, or driven one ourselves. I also mentioned this was the first day we started looking. Almost two hours later we are told that we couldn't get the car without a cosigner. We were told to come back when we had a cosigner and the money for a down payment was a sure thing. I understand that we needed a cosigner for the Kia. However, WHY would I come back to try to get into a car you didn't even try to sell to me. All they did was run my credit and tell me to come back with a better situation. I do not know anything more about the Kia Soul. I did not test drive it. I did not even understand anything more about the car when I had arrived other than the fact that Kia Bedford said I couldn't afford it on my own. I have to ask why would I return to finally try to get the car after the first time not being sold on the car. Beyond that, I have subsequently tried to contact the Manager about it twice. Being told she would be given my name, number and email. Its been almost a week now with nothing from her. SO, just so you know. Subaru of Bedford down the street, got into a new Impreza, NO cosigner. Rude.

I had a very nice experience at the dealership. The service department Was quick and made sure I understood what was done and What needs to be done for my car in the future. I would recommend this Dealership to friends and family

Great Experience

I enjoyed my experience nice clean environment friendly helpful staff that answered all my questions without any hesitation they got me out right on time like they said it only took an hour thanks

Efficient

Excellent service overall - from the moment I pulled into the service area until I re-entered my vehicle. Even the car wash was done and chocolate chip cookie was on the dashboard. Woohoo!

Best service EVER!

Best service ever, and I have dealt with a few. Thanks to Greg and Kyle for taking the time to explain and promptly taking care of me. First time I didn't feel pressured into something. Talked to a few associates, including Clark and was treated like I was important no matter what I was there for. What a great dealership!. I have told others how well I was treated and told them to "check this place out" and I really mean it.

We dealt with Internet Mike. He was awesome! Showed us everything we wanted to see. I really wanted the backup camera and he made sure we got it.

Good service although the website quoted a different price. But I was pleased with the service I received. The entire staff was friendly. Good job KOB!
