Just wanted to thank NOCJDR & specifically Lou (Luaay) for his professionalism, friendliness & knowledge while adding a new vehicle member to our family. The people in the dealership were cordial, the building was pleasant & clean +the inventory was top-notch. Made purchasing from here a "No-brainer" The car itself gets better with each passing day and I'm grateful for Lou's explanations about the car & Jeep in general. I have called the dealership repeatedly and left my name and number. It has been a week and I have not received a phone call back to set up at service appointment. I even bought 3 cars from this dealership. No more. I will not buy another car from them (I have 4 stellantis vehicles). Terrible customer service!

Totally prepared to buy a Grand Cherokee 4xe. Had a demo for sale with 2600 miles on it. Salesman didn'treally seem like he wanted the business: "Can't finance other than Chrysler/Stellantis starting at 8 -10%", "I was getting 10K over invoice for these vehicles a couple of years ago", etc. Went to Medina, got the same vehicle for 2K less with 2K fewer miles, and was able to finance through my credit union. Shop around, people.

I got my Jeep serviced at this place. They put in a new engine in December 2023. My check engine light is on but they refuse to even find out why? They also put in a tranny oil cooler.. My jeep cuts off while driving. Shakes when you slow down. It’s in my driveway because I’m afraid it will cut off in traffic. Yet this dealership will not honor their warranty.

I highly recommend this dealership. Our salesman, James Pena was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. He made purchasing our new Grand Cherokee an easy process, and explained the functions in great detail. Walter from the finance department was pleasant, and we went through the paperwork in a very short time. We will definitely go back to this dealership when ready for our next vehicle.

Called to get service on a Wrangler 4Xe that I bought out of town. They said they would do no warranty work on a car that was not bought at the dealership. Great customer service from Jeep and the dealership. Last vehicle I will ever buy from Jeep. Maybe if the 4Xe's did not have so many problems they could keep up with service.

Brought in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler for the "death rattle". It is still under warranty so I assumed it would be perfectly okay to bring it to North Olmsted CJDR to repair it. I was denied the available part because I did not buy it there. I called the dealership I bought it from who let me know that it's not okay to deny me if they had the part. And under my warranty I should be able to go anywhere. As of a result of this, I won't be purchasing a vehicle there in the future.
