No complains, dealer addressed issue with used car promptly
I recently bought a used car here, and was able to negotiate a great price. The car ended up having a bad battery, which died shortly after I got it home. I let the salesperson know, and he had me come back the next morning. I was in-and-out with a brand new battery within an hour, and of course the dealer paid for everything.

Airbag recall
My experience at Ganley Subaru was quick, courteous, thorough and convenient. About the only complaint I have would be the usual barrage of what I feel are unnecessary and expensive services performed on reliable vehicle that only has 30,000 miles. Granted, the owner’s manual may require that the transaxle and brake fluid be completely flushed at 30,000 miles but this has never been my real life experience – even living in Northeast Ohio with the extreme temperatures and weather conditions that exist here.

Easy express oil and tire care..
As I was told on the phone, I went out for a no-appointment-needed oil change and tire rotation. The service person greeted me immediately, went over all that would be done, offered a good package deal on the work and I was in and out in less than an hour- professional, polite, thorough service. I would recommend to all.

Service was slow, updates non existant
I scheduled to have my car dropped off for a break check and oil change at 9:30am. Check in was quick and easy and the associate said they would keep me informed on the progress of the service. At 10:40 am I received a call detailing the maintenance that was going to be done on my car. After giving the "okay" to proceed, the associate informed me that my car would be ready to be picked up in a few hours. I would receive a call when my car was ready. I heard nothing from the associate. Around 4:30 I called to inquire on the status of my car, the person I spoke with said that she had no update on the status of my car, she changed my preferred form of contact to text-something I did not ask her to do- and that I would receive a text update from the associate assigned to my case. I called back again 15 minutes later and spoke with a different associate after receiving no text message update, and I was informed that the maintenance of my car was complete. I would have appreciated more realistic updates throughout the day- especially since I was told my car would be ready in a few hours at 10:40 am when in reality my car was not ready until nearly 5pm.
