We had a great experience buying our Lexus.

We had a great experience buying our Lexus. Great staff and facilities. Our Salesman,Ryan, was super knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and accessible. We visited a few dealerships before we decided to go with our Lexus TX 500 and were disappointed with the staff and answers to our questions. Lexus of Cleveland staff were amazing. Highly recommended.

Great experience.

Great experience. The staff were very professional, helpful and courteous and seemed to be genuinely concerned for my time and my accommodations while waiting for our vehicle to be serviced. Mr. Booth was great.

The customer service is amazing, very personable. Paul was very friend and attentive he was helpful as he explained the process to be completed including estimating time line. I’m inspired by how the staff connects to the customers as well as providing details and timelines in a pleasant atmosphere! I took my 2025 ES 350 in for the second Lexus Care

I took my 2025 ES 350 in for the second Lexus Care service and it was well worth it. In the midst of tire rotation oil change and thoroughly checking out the vehicle the technician discovered a 'mouse house' in the blower motor! This was quickly remedied while I had a pleasant conversation with Tori from whom we'd bought the car the previous year. At a minimal cost they removed the blower motor and cleaned it out and I was soon on my way home. Every experience I've had with Metro has been positive and professional.
