I can't say enough good things about an experience I usually dread. I traded a three year old Highlander in for a new one. Omar was sharp and intuitive, getting my questions answered almost immediately. He made arrangements for aftermarket equipment installed in my trade to be removed and reinstalled in the new car, kept me informed on everything as it happened and made the whole experience happen quickly and smoothly. He even reinstalled the roof racks on the new car himself - on a day off! I have already referred several people and will continue to refer anyone I hear looking for a new car to him.

I gave four stars instead of five because you can never be perfect, but my experience here was great, everyone was polite and did everything they could to make the process of buying my car go smoothly. I am very glad I picked Germain to get my car from! I’ve never bought a car before, so I have no one to compare it too, but it was a quick purchase with many friendly people.

I was at a car dealership in Marion Ohio on a referral with intentions on buying a car. Once there it didn't feel right, me and my daughter sat in the car and searched car website online, made numerous calls. The call to Germaine the first person I spoke to was James educated me on what to look for and compare. With that information I did not purchased that car. I went to Germaine and found the model I was looking for and a later model for less and was able to get better financing rate. Thanks to the whole team. Stopped by the dealership just to take a quick look at a vehicle that caught my eye. I didn’t have my trade in vehicle with me at that time so I asked Cody could we schedule for me to bring my trade in by the next day for the appraisal and he said sure. We’ll needless to say I called him that same evening asking if I can just come back right away and he was excited that I was able to come sooner and once again needless to say I drove off with my new vehicle that same evening thanks to the excellent customer service and hospitality from Cody and the Germain Toyota family.
