Brought car in for service.

Brought car in for service. Developed a severe problem a few days after. Called Chris told me to bring the car in ASAP. I did. Chris immediately took care of it. It needed a part. It was ordered and repaired the next day…. Thanks Chris and Teresa for the tip top service. Jim Antonio. Customer for 23 years. Bought 3 cars.

First I would say that I am not to good at technology and when I made my appointment on line choose a tire rotation. For my good luck I went to the right place and Christopher Curtis understand me and did his best to help me and change my tire. I really appreciate Christopher great customer service. Blessings to Christopher and all the staff at Germain Toyota!

My car was taken in on time for an oil change.

My car was taken in on time for an oil change. Other issues were discovered and noted in great detail that needed attention that I had no idea about. I got a free tire rotation since I had purchased new tires there last year, and I was given a $100 coupon for all of the work that was done. It's good to know that my car is in good hands and gives me peace of mind. I gave my approval for the work to be done and it was done immediately since they had all the needed parts on hand.
