We definitely did not come in to John Hinderer looking for a new vehicle! Unexpected repairs on our current car led us to question if trading it in wouldn’t be a better option. Completely unprepared to choose and finance a new vehicle, I was admittedly a little frazzled. Johnathan Hinderer was so patient and kind with us, referring us to Ron Strong, who took excellent care of us. He listened to our needs, what worked for us as a family of 5 and for our budget, and made the process as seamless as possible. Bill was so patient with us and helped us work out a way to meet our needs in a way that never felt forced or “salesy”. I believe him and Ron truly did want what was best for us. Ron even came in on his day off to make certain we were well taken care of for the sale process. Tyler Mcrub, our Honda Genius, was amazing at showing us the ins and outs of our new Pilot! Our overall experience at John Hinderer in Heath was truly amazing. For a situation that started unexpectedly and with great stress, we felt well taken care of, heard, and never pressured, as we made the best decision for our family. Not only did Jarrod Ridgeway and the service team perform the 6 month service on my new Accord as expected, and get me in and out pretty fast, but they even did a quick "polish & buff" on 2 black streaks left on my hood and roof when my car was struck by a wimd shield wiper that flew out of the bed of a pickup truck going down the highway at 70 mph!!! And my Accord looks like the day it rolled off the lot again!! These guys are good. REALLY GOOD!

I've bought our last 10 cars from John Hinderer Honda - 3 this year!!! A '19 Odyssey, a '19 Accord, and a '19 Civic!! (And here's a pic of me with my brand new '19 Accord!!!
