I would like to express my gratuity for my recent service experience with Tansky. The service advisor Brian Smith and technician Slava did an awesome job by doing the service for my car above and beyond. Service advisor Brian consulted the top notch technician Slava for the existed computer programming issue on my 2018 Toyota Camry. They even scheduled another day for the fix due to the unexpected longer hours fix the same day. After bringing the car in the other day, my Camry was fixed and it runs smoothly right now as intended! I wish I have brought my baby in 2 years ago and have Tansky fix it for me! I would like to say that the service department at Tansky is trustworthy and their service is above and beyond expectations! Kudos to Brian Smith and Slava! They are the gems and stars at Tansky!

Our vehicle had a recall; we called Tansky Toyota and the parts had to be ordered. That took several weeks, and then we were able to make the appointment. The repair was completed, but had a small issue with a heat shield that was not completely tightened after we left the dealership. We called into the dealership after hours, left a voice-mail, and Chuck returned our call the next day. We returned to the dealership to have the "rattle' looked at; the repair was made, and Chuck again explained what the problem was. Chuck and everyone on staff we met were pleasant, and helpful. The staff presents a very professional appearance in everything they do.
