I had a great experience purchasing a new RAV4 XLE from Tansky Sawmill Toyota. Jennifer Velazquez was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process. She kept me informed throughout the process while my RAV4 was in production as well as during the walkthrough and setup of my new vehicle. I really appreciated the no hassle and no pressure experience I had while working with everyone at Tansky.

I asked for a photo.

I asked for a photo. They said they will send me the photos. They never did, and they never followed up besides the first phone call. I don't even know why they called me. I wrote them an email asking them to send photos. And, they immediately call me to tell me that they will send me photos. Like, what? Why did you waste my time with a phone call to tell me something I already know. And then, not do the only thing you said you would do. What a dumb sales team.

Recently bought a new RAV4 from Tony.

Recently bought a new RAV4 from Tony. We really hesitated, a huge decision. Working with Tony was awesome! We had previously purchased cars from John Williams, who recently retired. Tony’s personality was a perfect match for us. I would highly recommend working with him! And Gary in finance…wow, what an easy experience that was! We had a trade-in plus cash and it was a no-brainer. He was not pushy with extended warranty and assured us we can buy that in a few months once our finances are better. Difficult to make a major purchase at year end! Thank you Tansky for making our fifth Toyota purchase a pleasure.

We bought a 2012 and 2013 Highlander and Sienna from

We bought a 2012 and 2013 Highlander and Sienna from Toyota West but live in Dublin and have only taken our cars to Tansky for service. In the past three years, we have noticed routine check ups become expensive endeavours. For example, was asked to replace battery but second opinion said batter was fine. Also was suggested about $2,800 in fees for 100k service, when rear differential and spark plugs were done and the other not needed until 120k miles. Unfortunately, time to look elsewewhere as it seems they are taking advantage of service and are not checking Carfax or their recent records. These last few questions are unrelated to "failed tasks" that Oxford Auto showed us passing. Fast and expedient service and good explanations don't account for unneeded work.
