Oliver Diggs was great to work with.
Oliver Diggs was great to work with. I knew what I wanted to see when I got there and Oliver had the car ready to go. I put Oliver through it in the process of purchasing the car as I left on a trip for a few days after starting the purchase and financing (via my credit union) and then ended up unexpectedly being hospitalized for a few days. During the entire process, Oliver showed concern for me as a person rather than concern when I was going to come finalize the deal. I appreciate all his knowledge and help with the vehicle, but even more, appreciate who he is as a person. Any customer will be in good hands with Oliver.

Salesman was friendly and personable.
Salesman was friendly and personable. Was helpful trying having a door ding removed, only thing is tried to oversell results of repair attempt. It was better but not at all 90% better as he was trying to pitch. Overall pleasant to work with. Finance was friendly as well and pleasant to work with. Main complaint would be for detail job to present to us. Interior doors were very dirty and windows. Kind of expected a spotless job.
