Once upon a time, in Benton, Ky., there was a dealer who sold new and used cars. Everyone enjoyed the service and prices associated with it.

I called about a used truck and being a 3-1/2 hour drive away I wanted to make sure that the truck was mechanically sound and what I was looking for. I asked for a walk around video and that was done for me. I asked questions about the truck in general and seemed to be just what I was looking for. I put a deposit down and drove 3-1/2 hours one way to buy it and when I got there it had the loudest lifter knock that no one felt it important enough to let me know that. 7 plus hours and 400 miles for nothing. Terrible experience and completely uncalled for. Honesty and transparency go a long way. Appreciate you wasting my time and money.

I bought a used gmc from out of state from CCG. Jeff was my salesperson. He was quick to respond to questions and requests. The only day I could pick up the truck was his day off which he showed up to make sure I was taken care of. That would include all the staff that I had contact with. Easy in and out! Highly recommend.

My car buying experience was easy last November. Very attentive in getting me what I needed at a time of shortage. Since then, 2 service trips for oil changes and tire rotations. Got me in at my appointment time and had the work completed very timely.
