Hidden Fees

Salesman Ed was very friendly and professional, but the sales manager(s) added thousands of dollars in fees and hidden charges to the online price, which they use as padding during the negotiation process. In spite of the nonsense charges, we were close to agreeing on a final price when they said they couldn't accept the number our salesman offered and needed $500 more to close the deal. Terrible organization, terrible business practices. We finally found a car at another dealer and the process was easy and there were no hidden fees.

Bad Dealer To Work With

This truck was offered at $13,600, Went to test drive. Check engine light was on, the rotors are warped, but not a bad truck, I have a 2008 Jeep to trade, offered jeep and 8000, no deal, ok offered 10,000 and jeep, Promised twice would call me back, never did, went in spoke to D. Shipman, was told my offer was not an offer, ask what he wanted for the truck would not tell me. I would have bought the truck, but was treated so badly and rudely by him. Now they have raised the price of the truck. I have purchased many of vehicle and have found Wyler the very worst to deal with.

Happy Custermer

I've taken my 2007 Ram and my 2010 Chrysler there since I purchased them. I call ahead to make an appointment and have always received great service. My vehicles are always done on time and great care is taken that my service experience is to my liking. Having been in that type of environment as a mechanic I know that there can be problems. But now as a customer I can see that problems crop up, But they have been able to head them off as quickly as possible.

Long Recall Process Handled Wel

FCA issued a big recall (and federal settlement) around my Ecodiesel Grand Cherokee. While it required multiple trips to the dealership to do it all, the team at the Wyler service department handled it flawlessly and smoothed each visit. Thanks!

horrible service dept

Try to get hold of anyone in service good luck nobody answers rings for ever then finally get a voicemail. Then nobody ever calls you back. Then if thats not enough talk to woman who schedules service. What a adventure smartass so unprofessional had to hang up. Way to represent your company. Will take any warranty work to Zimmer. Had to call Chrysler it was that bad.

Jeff Wyler Jeep and dodge in ft Thomas Kentucky

Most horrible place I’ve ever been to they really don’t want to do warranty work they push it out as far as the can. Managers need help with better customer skills an not get fast to frustration like the service manager. The customer service at this location is horrible. They know my number by heart so when I call it goes to voicemail but if I call from a different number they answer. I’ve been as nice as I can with this dealership. I’ve tried to call the owners an have left voicemails but never a call back. So I guess the dealership learns from high up on how not to treat customers that spend money here. Will never recommend anyone to this location EVER

Service and Warranty work

Call and spoke with Deonia about getting an Oil change and a couple of warranty recalls taken care of on my 2015 Ra. They got me in the same day and every thing was taken care of in about an hour and a half. They have done all of my service work since I bought the Truck from them in 2015. I go out of my way to go back to them ( I live about 25 miles from them and pass a Dodge dealer getting there. Deonia makes sure every thing gets done in a timely manner since I have to wait for my truck. Thanks to Deonia and the great service dept. for making this happen.

Tommy Neltner Service Dept great to work with

I suddenly had a warranty issue with my '14 RAM. Two other area dealers were quoting me 2-4 weeks out service appointments. I spoke with Tommy when I called Ft Thomas and explained I needed my truck in 21 days for an upcoming vacation planned a year ago. He asked if I could bring it in and leave it for a few days, and he would try to work it in if they had a cancellation or some time. Well I did and they serviced my problem within 2 days. Tommy and his dealership was the only service person that would work with me. Thanks for getting me back on the road.
