I bought my sienna van in may of 2017 and have all of the services performed here and now I?m bringing my Camry here for service as well.

Great service and the best car buying experience

Chip is a great sales person. We did this deal basically over phone text and email. Car was ready for delivery and he took the time to go through ever option and in an xse they were a lot. I will absolutely recommend meet and specifically chip. He is now our family car sales guy. Since my total family buys at least 12 cars a year I think kerry will be a happy dealership. Once the family saw the xse I think we are now a toyota family not a gm.

Chip Tata is the Man!!!

Chip was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new 2108 Highlander. I purchased it as a Christmas surprise for my wife. He was extremely knowlegable and helpful during the purchasing process. The next day when I brought my wife in to pick up the vehicle (much to her surprise) Chip was took her through all the bells and whistles of the Highlander and set up her first service appointment. Thanks Chip for making this year's Christmas a great one!!

Excellent

If I had to rate the customer service, I would give it excellent all around. My best friend bought a truck here less than a year ago and my mom did last week. We all have had excellent customer service.

We were lucky to engage Elvis Knezic as our Salesman

From the very start of the new-car buying process, we knew we wanted to deal with Elvis Knezic. We knew we were definitely buying a Toyota, and were hoping to avoid a high-pressure, in-a-hurry salesman. Elvis was exactly that guy. Not that we needed a lot of time, as we had researched the car, a 2018 Highlander, on the Internet. He was intelligent, informed, thorough, kind. Good guy, recommend you look him up.

Fantastic!

Very happy with my new car and pleased with the experience. It was very quick and painless, and the staff is great! Being only 20 years old, I didn’t have any previous experience with a dealership. I’m very happy that I chose Kerry Toyota in Florence for purchasing my first new car.

Friendly people, awesome experience!

They made car buying a joy. I walked in without my husband and no one tried to take advantage of me. The salesman was very nice and everyone was super friendly.
