Horrible service and Costumer service!
I scheduled an appointment for my 2021 Dodge Challenger two weeks prior to dropping off! My appointment was 9am and my car sat in parking lot I guess all day and no one called me. I called and they said they would have to keep it 3-4 days. What is this really? Do not take your car here for service!

Had my Van for 2 1/2 months.
Had my Van for 2 1/2 months. It was hard getting in touch with the receptionist about my the status of my car. She never returned my phone calls I would leave her voicemails and messages with the front desk. I had called several times and still no response. Had to show up to the dealership to get any information about my van. Having my van there that whole time put a halt to things I had to do with my children. I have a daughter battling leukemia and that was our transportation to her doctor appointments so I would have to pay for rides or get a Lyft or Uber to get around. I didn’t appreciate the service I was giving like I didn’t matter at all.

Vague information.
Vague information. Wanted $1000 for two tires. Never told me about buy 3 get 1 free. Charged for free rotation, wouldn’t do it because 30,000 mile tires showed belts. Possible suspension issue, but keeps selling me tires.
