Purchased 2017 RDS.

Alexis was great. Waited 2 hours for Kurtis Trimble, the Financial Mgr. I over heard him tell Russ, “ they will have to wait because I’m going eat”. My husband discussed this with Arthur the GM. He was no help at all. Finally Kurtis put his plate down and started printing out our paperwork. During our signing the paperwork, Kurtis basically threw our papers across the desk. I’m not sure what I signed as Kurtis and I were yelling at each other. The yelling started when Kurtis yelled “ you’re trying to provoke me. What he said next I took as a threat, “ you’re messing with the wrong guy”. Not sure what he meant by that but, it was very inappropriate. The entire time his door was open and he was yelling where everyone could hear us. I thought buying a car was supposed to be happy experience. I was so upset I couldn’t enjoy the car I just purchased. Kurtis said, he had migraine headache. My husband asked Arthur several times for money and our car back. This was enjoyable until we met Kurtis and I can’t believe you would allow him to talk to a customer that way. Alexis was very nice, polite, and courteous. Arthur was a very nice guy but, was very little help almost seemed afraid on Kurtis. Could’ve at least closed his door. He had many other inappropriate comments to numerous to explain. Russ did come and helped my husband who is in a wheelchair. Someway to talk to disabled person.

Great experience buying a new TLX

I worked with Ashley Sims and I must say she was always willing to get answers to any questions I had and go the extra mile to let me demo a number of different cars and SUVs before making a final decision. It took a number of weeks before I found the right car and Ashley would always follow-up with me as new options became available. Her communications skills are off the charts! Kurtis Trimble was a lot of fun to work with on the financing end as well. This was my second Acura from Acura at Oxmoor and I will definitely be going back to Ashley for my next Acura.

great buying experience

Noah met us on his day off to show us a vehicle we had discussed. He knew all the accessories and features and showed us their operation. We were able to negotiate a fair deal and Noah ensured that a few of the items we noted as needing repaired were done as promised

I am a repeat customer I couldn’t get help

I couldn’t get anyone to even say hello let alone help. Poorest customer experience ever. I bought an Acura MDX from them and was trying to upgrade to a new one. No thanks

Great Experience!

Such a good experience! Unlike other dealerships, Acura at Oxmoor was welcoming without being overwhelming, allowed for private decision-making discussions with my husband, did not apply overt pressure to 'make the sale', answered all questions and provided us with a beautiful vehicle that fit our needs. Alexis, our salesperson did a stellar job...very product knowledgeable and super sweet! Two thumbs up! We would recommend this dealership to a friend!!

Impressed

I was overall impressed with my experience at this dealership. Prices are very fair, and the whole process went pretty quickly. Malick Diallo did a wonderful job informing us about the car we were interested in. He was very friendly, always had a smile on his face, and never once pressured us.
