Michael went above and beyond. I live 3.5 hrs away. Any issues or potential issues Michael tried to identify and make me aware so I didn't waste a trip down for a truck I wouldn't want. He tested the crane & did a few tests and sent videos of the crane in action. He contacted the previous owner to ask about the crane. Even 2 days before we were going to drive down & get the truck he let me know about some old mounting holes that were on top of the toolboxes. It was truly a pleasure working with Michael. I wish all people could have such an enjoyable sales experience.
