Bluegrass Porsche Service

My Bluegrass Porsche experience was very good. All employees were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, cooperative, technically sound, and answered all questions. However, as all auto dealerships go, repairs and even oil changes are very expensive.

We strive to provide value and integrity with our pricing. The expense of utilizing our trained Certified Porsche technicians combined use of authorized genuine Porsche Parts (and synthetic oil) preludes us of being the cheapest. However, a quality service may offer more value and be prove to be protect not only your Porsche but its resale value as well. There is no surcharge for a Porsche service loaner while we have your Porsche in our shop as well. Again, thank you for the high star rating.

Great Buying Experience

I purchased a used 2007 911 Carrera S from this dealership. I saw ad online and worked with Kelly Lurz. She provided photos and updates throughout the entire process. Very professional, personable, and provided a great and comfortable experience. They provided information on car history as well as repairs done prior to sale. i would recommend to anybody!

Excellent service-oriented dealership

I bought a 2014 Cayman (my first Porsche) from Bluegrass and was very happy with the process. It was in the middle of the covid-19 emergency and it was impossible for me to travel across the country to see the car, so I had to buy sight unseen, which created a lot of concern for me. My sales person recognized this concern and really went to great lengths to get me additional pictures and answer all my questions. The transaction was executed very professionally and my car was delivered to my home, in even better condition than I expected. It was a very positive experience all around.

Great low-pressure easy buying experience

This was an incredibly smooth process to purchase my CPO Audi A6. Since the showroom was closed due to covid, Lavin made a video tour of the car for me. Negotiations were quick and fair, price was great, the car was great, and the financing process was super simple and quick. This was my third Audi purchase but my first from Audi Louisville and what a great experience and great customer service.
