My experience has been perfect.

My experience has been perfect. BGM enthusiastically answered all my questions (maybe more than once), was patient with the build, provided exceptional guidance when needed, and delivered on time. My car is much more than expected. Porsche Cayman GTS.

I originally bought a Macan.

I originally bought a Macan. After driving it for a couple days I realized I really need a Cayenne for the size. Bluegrass motors was very professional and accommodating in making the transition. We worked with Mike Brady who was awesome. I’m very pleased with the experience and an ecstatic about my new car.

Would give a zero if I could.

Would give a zero if I could. I've owned my Cayenne for a few years now and it has been taken in for the settlement agreement against Porsche, Audi and VW. They fixed the glo plugs, wire harnessing and updated the computer in it. Per the settlement agreement, anything to do with the exhaust- parts and labor was to be covered. It has been in multiple times over the past few years to fix these issues. Several times I mentioned to Kyle and customer service that I kept having to add coolant and asked if this was normal to which he basically blew me off and they never responded to my email. I have texts and an email to prove this. When I contacted Porsche corporate it basically came down to the point that they can't make the dealership do anything. I've been losing coolant for a few years but it was small and couldn't find where it was coming from. Fast forward to this year, my mechanic found a pool of it when he was changing the oil. So I called them and set up an appointment. Since it was 2 weeks out of the settlement warranty, they refused to look at it unless I paid the hourly service charge $225 an hour and then maybe "they might offer a discount" to what needed to be done if it was related to the settlement. First, I'm not paying $225 an hour if "maybe" you're gonna help cover it. It should've been looked at for free since they have blown me off each time I have asked and then gone from there. Not to mention Kyle no longer works there. I wonder as I've said before if it's because I'm a woman and they didn't take me seriously. So now here we are. Manager has not been proactive to reach out to me or be the least bit helpful and until I pay to have it looked at by them, Porsche has closed my case. Would definitely never buy a car from them or have anything serviced for their ridiculously high prices of labor and parts. Go to your own mechanic and pay 1/4 of what they charge. Zero trust in them to do the right thing and take care of me as a customer.
