The Sales Manager (Don't remember his name and don't care) was so off putting. Words cannot describe how unprofessional and repulsive he was. Yuck!

Shopper
We have purchased two Honda vehicles from this dealership under the previous owner. We have not purchased anything lately but we were well satisfied. We would consider buying from this dealership if they have the vehicle we are looking for.

You will not find a dealership that truly wants to help you get into a car than Mike Whatley Honda in Brookhaven. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Excellent sales and service!!
Went to look at a used car that had. Wasn't even considering buying a Honda. Between Teddy Washington taking great care of us, the overall impressive quality of the Honda and the great financing department, we're just a pleased as we can be. Every time we go back, they treat us like family. We'll absolutely be back to buy another within the next 12 months.

pathetic service after sale
I traded for a Camry on August 15th. If I could undo things, I would. I was sold a car that was in no way, shape, or form ready to be sold. The seats were torn. I agreed to take $100 discount to fix the front, but I didn't notice the rear until later, and it cost me over $100 to get them both fixed. The front tires are bald. I asked Mike Duffy why they weren't rotated, and he tried to tell me that they had been and that they passed inspection. It would make zero sense for someone to rotate tires with less tread to the front of the vehicle. He blatantly took me for a fool and tried to lie to me. I have to reinflate my rear right tire every morning before work. The key fob does not lock/unlock my driver or front passenger doors. The car had no floor mats. They were shipped to me later. The driver side one has gum stuck in it. Kevin Turner didn't return one text message or phone call. Mike Duffy promised to return a call to me but didn't until I left an internet review of the business. I was told anything that needed to be fixed would have to be through the $2500 warranty I purchased or I could drive several 100 miles back and drop the car off, even though these were problems that existed while the car was on the lot. I've left a couple reviews online. I will leave more, and I'm currently drafting a report for the attorney general.

Very poor customer service
As I was leaving my home, on my way to the dealership, I text my salesman, Rick, to let him know I was coming to look at a particular vehicle that we were interested in. He replied "ok". I drove an hour and a half only to find that another salesman was showing the vehicle to another couple. The other couple then began the application process to purchase. I left the dealership at this point, disgusted. In my opinion, the salesman should have made sure that I got the chance to check out the vehicle and the first shot at buying the vehicle. This was very unprofessional and poor customer service.
