Write a reviewThe sales person assisting me refused to provide an out
The sales person assisting me refused to provide an out the door price. When dealerships today are not willing to provide you with the OTD, I would strongly suggest you find other dealerships that want to earn your business. When Ford has vehicles sitting on lots for over 100 days, one would think they would try to at least be interested in earning your business. Good luck to you keep paying that interest every month.

Spent 65k on a Tremor and this service center is telling
Spent 65k on a Tremor and this service center is telling me they can't get my vehicle scheduled for warranty work and I have to leave it for several weeks before they can do any repair. I just bought my last Ford. The customer service is horrible at Landers Ford Southaven.

Amateur oil change ..very messy
Scheduled oil change..personnel friendly , dealership very clean..service was pretty quick.. However when I got home noticed oil on garage floor..popped the hood and saw oil puddled in several spots also on tire and wheel well. Hoping this was a trainee and this was a one time thing..also hoping I can trust the information on the general inspection.

Unprofessional! Damaged vehicle!
Landers Ford South I don’t even words. I mean I have plenty of them but none of them appropriate for FB. My Explorer was towed there on January 11 with computer issues. That is the day they told me it could be brought up there after being broke down since right before Christmas. On January 31, 20 days later, they finally call and tell me, yes, just like your mechanic said, it’s the computer, it will cost roughly $2,300 to fix, but the part is on backorder, we will get it fixed as soon as we can get it. Fast forward to yesterday, April 3, almost 3 months later, they finally call and say the part has come in and we have fixed and reprogrammed everything. So I leave work early to go get the Explorer before they close. Pay the money, get the truck. Open the door and pull the seatbelt out and there is mold all over it. The truck smells funny, but it’s been sitting up for a few months. Okay, we drive off and JC calls and says pull over. We pull into Sam’s. He hears water sloshing. Open the back and find this. Drive back up there. Talk to the lady who was mortified and goes to get a manager. It takes him a good 15-20 minutes to come out there and he comes out defensive. Angry. Walks right up to me with the paperwork and says “we fixed the computer and the ignition coil, we have nothing to do with any water damage. We are not responsible for it and will not pay for it. First words out of his mouth. Rude. My car, that has never had a leak, has been sitting on your lot for 3 months waiting for you to fix it, I just paid you $2,300. I got a car back full of water and mold and you are gonna be rude to me??? There is literally so much moisture in my car from this water that the papers in my glovebox are wet. Oh and did I mention that I bought a new vehicle from that very place January 3 because I had to have a running vehicle. With this kind of service and attitude, I can guarantee I will never go there again. And I wouldn’t trust them to work on anything! How’s that for customer service??

Keeping the owners 2nd FOB
I didn't receive my 2nd Fob on my 2018 Honda Civic that I have PAID off...I am not naive and I am we aware of dealerships keeping the 2nd key in the event that the vehicle is being repossessed. When I called they stated that they did not have which is UNTRUE...but it will teach me to never make any future purchases with Landers.

Rude Service manager
The way their service manager yelled and insulted me..I wouldn't recommend this buying from here. I have sent emails to his management and haven't received a response. So, if you buy from here.. they will take your car in, not fix it completely, put zip ties on it without telling you, and you better not have a problem with it! I don't do business like this and I never will.

Service department should be under investigation
I had a slight delay in my push start. After leaving my vehicle at this dealership 4 times, my engine/motor blew up. They called us and said the vehicle was fixed and to come get it, on the way home the engine blew up. Every time we left the vehicle it came back worse than when we dropped it off. We should have never sent it to them. They have offered to pay $6,000 of the $12,000 bill, for their error. Furious is an understatement. You tell me why they would offer to pay that much if it’s not their fault. One of the previous times it was there, they tried to charge us $3,000 and settled on us only paying $700. Something is crazy wrong here. They offered a 3-year extended warranty if would pay the $700, then had to nerve to say it wasn’t in effect yet when the motor blew up, yet they never disclosed on our “recorded” conversations when the warranty would go into effect. They led us to believe that the warrant was good at the time of payment. Service department t is a joke!!! Ford headquarters should be doing a very intensive investigation and fire them all!

Freaking xxxxxxx
These people are worthless and stupid. All I wanted was a duplicate key made. I scheduled an appointment. It was supppsed to take 15-30 minutes. 3 hours later these mouthbreathers still hadn’t made my key. I left without a key. I still don’t have a key. This place is garbage.
