Don’t buy from this dealership unless you want to spend
Don’t buy from this dealership unless you want to spend your own money and time getting things repaired. I thought it was a great experience, my salesperson was awesome, everyone seemed great. I was coming 4 hours away to pick up the truck, asked specifically if everything was good and had gone through service dept and all inspections etc. mind you it’s a 2024 truck with low miles anyway but I also specifically asked if the alignment was good. Actually 2-3 times I asked about alignment as I do not want to have to pay for that right after buying a new truck and 35” tires are very expensive. Well I drive down there, get there almost at closing time and everything and everyone seems great. We do the deal and I get a mile down the road to get my son some food and realize something is wrong with the driver side blinker (but supposedly went through their service dept.). Blinking fast. I then get on interstate and it’s pulling to the left as the alignment is out. This is a 2024 tundra btw. So I go get an alignment a couple days later (over $200 and hours of my time) and I then take it Toyota for the blinker issue as it should be still under warranty. I was told they would reimburse me for the $228 alignment but still haven’t been reimbursed and now am not being replied to by the sales manager. I sent the alignments spec sheet and receipt like like Schack told me to do but nothing. At Toyota, I Had to leave it all day, leaving my wife without a vehicle and paying for uber three times so she could get back and forth to dealership etc) Well I’m told it’s an aftermarket light assembly and won’t be under warranty and though the carfax was clean the truck had been wrecked. Had to spend another $129 for Toyota to even diagnose and the light assembly is $409 As if the above isn’t bad enough, they said my brakes need replacing and the rear rotors have to be replaced. $1349 quoted. What happened to the service dept going through this vehicle and everything being checked and good like I asked? I also left my wife without a vehicle all day now twice because of having to leave my truck at Toyota for repairs, taking her vehicle to work and spending more money on Ubers for her. We are not talking about a couple thousand dollar vehicle. This is a $54k dollar 2024 truck with under 30k miles. I learned a huge lesson and that I will only buy from actual Toyota certified dealers from this point on and will not take anyone’s word for anything ever again. I really thought this was the best buying experience I had ever had, but I was sadly wrong. Lastly, I left a bracelet in my traded in truck that my late grandmother gave me the week before she died and I was also told they would mail it to me with the alignment reimbursement check, but that has yet to be seen as well and no replies from the sales manager. Pretty sad

Faith was amazing.
Faith was amazing. She was able to help us find a vehicle that was better than what we were looking. Faith was able to get us a great deal on our F-150 which is beautiful. Josh was very patient with me. He took the time to explain everything and he made sure I had everything. He was NEVER pushy about any of the process, which is a huge deal to me. I had the absolute worst experience with this car place.
I had the absolute worst experience with this car place. I was looking for a BMW X3. Found it here after shopping around. Albert was my sales person and was such a sweet man but wasn’t forthcoming on the vehicle. I was told the car wasn’t at the lot that it was at a shop getting a tune up brake test and all the necessary maintenance so that was great for me. I was drove around and looked it and I also test drove it. I noticed the coolant level was low so they topped it off. 2 days later it was low I took it back and. They noticed the radiator hose had a leak in it so they fixed the hoses and also did a balance and rotation. 10 days later the check engine came on. To find out the spark plugs and burnt. The upper control arm needed to be replaced and I needed motor mounts. I was like no way because Albert advised me the car had gone through a tune up and passed inspection and on top of that the warrant they harass you into buying that supposed to cover the engine motor and many other parts didn’t cover any of it!!!!! I took it to Roadshow first and the estimate was $6800. I took it to Dr.Bimmer who diagnosed the same things wrong and was quoted $4500. This was insane!!!!I talked to Aubrey who said she will make it right. I have the email thread. She advised me to give her a day or two so she can get with a manager of the used cars so they can make it right. Heard nothing back so I went back up there to speak to Rusty the used cars manager and he wanted to have a play on words.he talking about she said she would see what she can do, not she was gone do something. It pissed me tf off because she said give her time to make it right. On top of that Rusty said they do not do tune ups or anything when they get cars. They only wash and vacuum. Had Albert told me that I would have never gotten a vehicle from there. Please say yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I only read google reviews the real reviews are on YELP!!!
