Jim Keras Covington Pike saved the day once again

Jim Keras saved the day again. My car wasn't riding smoothly, so Vaughn Kearney took time out to keep my car overnight to find the problem. After checking everything, it was found that I needed a set of new tires for my vehicle and I am very happy now and riding smoothly again. Thanks to Vaughn Kearney and his team at Jim Keras.

oil change

Outstanding. I even came a little early because of the distance i travel and theywere able to get me in and out.

Promises kept Service dept

I called Steve Hutchison to set appointment. I am a salesperson and need my car. He promised to get me in/out or if unable to do so have a loaner for me. He got me in and out very quickly while taking care of my service needs. Steve always keeps his promises.

GREAT SERVICE and Clean Facility

I had an appointment for 7 am . I Arrived about 6:45 am and was surprised that the entrance gate was still locked . My Appointment was the Ignition Recall and was supposed to take approximately 2 - 2 1/2 Hours . It was done in a little less than 2 hours . Thank You

Great experience!!

Appreciated my salesman Philip who explained everything step by step!!! Trey in finance was extremely helpful in explaining all the "little details." An extremely straightforward and pleasant experience. Cant say enough good things about these guys!!!

Great dealership in spite of a little hiccup!

Was NOT happy about the fact that I had to call the dealership three times to find out about my car. First it had to be towed there (on recommendation of one of the service people). Second, I waited all day to get a phone call to explain what was wrong. When I didn't receive one, I called them only to find out they did NOTHING with my car but let it sit. So I was told they would call me back with info and DIDN"T. So I called them AGAIN the following day to get "it is being looked at and should have an answer for you shortly." I finally got the problem rectified and then had it sent over to collision dept for some repair work that needed to be done. That dept and an employee named Kelly were AWESOME! Just like all the others I have dealt with after buying two cars from them in the past. I love Jim Keras and the people who work there. It surprised me to get below average service from the service dept because they have always been good in the past.

Great Service!

I told Guy my needs and what I could afford. Guy came back with a deal I could live with and he didn't waste my time with all that hassling back and forth.

Great Service

George Gulley, our sales manger, was most helpful in allowing us to make our decisions as to what we wanted, then finding the exact car we needed, and assisting us in exploring the various options regarding financing, etc. Once we got the car, he introduced us to a service manger, and gave us a thorough review of the car's equipment. He have never had a salesperson spend so much time with us AFTER we had bought the car. Mr. Gulley made the whole experience very pleasurable.
