Customer service

Poor customer service no contact for three days after they took possession of truck had to go out in person to find out what status was no one would answer phones as reps and service manager would return phone call either very unprofessional didn?t care customers interest

Sunrise on the Pike

This experience by far has superseded previous visit. I would like to say Joey in the service department was efficient and just a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed discussed repairs and addressed all concerns regarding my vehicle. That guy needs a raise.

bought a 2006 ford ranger xl 3.0 ltr engine automatic transmisson . the sales manager let me talk ta mechanic about the truck ,the mechanic said that the fuel injector rail had a crack in it, being a mechanic myself for forty years thought that would be an easy fix. had truck towed to house eighty five dollar bill. fixed injector problem,truck cranked and ran but had a miss smoke comming out tailpipe. added water to radiator and it was comming out from the cylinder head and block. there was nothing said about a blown head gasket i would not by a car from sunrise gmc never

Service

Very please with the service in and out in 30 minutes. Show room didn't have any new cars to look at while I was waiting. Could have had a deal but no one was available. Service department had snacks and were very prompt.

Im so glad I purchased my 2016 Regal from Sunrise. Every time I have my vehicle service I am treated with world class customer service. I love this place. Consistently Wonderful!
