Be aware that when you come you will be spending hours
Be aware that when you come you will be spending hours here. The schedulers will tell you 2-3, but it?s more like 4-6 hours. This wait time is even for appointments made for basic service. The people here are nice, but it?s just very disorganized and ran poorly. So pack you a lunch, water, phone charger, earbuds, and a few books to read.

This is a clean place, people friendly,I only have one complaint. They should for follow recommendations for tire pressure When I bought my car tire pressure was overinflated. My first service and my tires overinflated again, most notably all tires had a different air inflation. Which I had to fix this at home both times.

I brought my 2025 Land Cruiser in for an issue with the
I brought my 2025 Land Cruiser in for an issue with the brakes making a horrible noice. I?ve not had a lot of luck dealing with Toyota of Chattanooga resolving the issue. I called Toyota customer service because I WANT my new vehicle FIXED!! Knoxville has been good enough to take over the issue and hopefully will get the parts ordered to repair my brakes.
