Excellent experience purchasing new 4Runner

We had an excellent experience at Rusty Wallace Toyota Morristown, TN purchasing a new vehicle. The sales went smooth and quickly. Our sales rep, Allen Redmond, was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful of our wishes, easy to work with, kind, and no high pressure sales techniques. We were very specific about the car we wanted and Allen located the right car very quickly. He understood and accepted that we wanted specific features (or lack there of) and did not pressure us into a car we didn’t want. I consider the experience really respectful and would use Allen Redmond and the dealership again. This is our 7th Toyota purchase and it couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you Allen and Rusty Wallace Toyota of Mirristiwn, TN!

Great Saleman

Grover was a excellent salesman very kind, considerate to my wants and needs for my new 2019 RAV4. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a new Toyota at Rusty Wallace to ask for Grover. I live in Kentucky so I had it ordered and delivered to me personally and that was wonderful. I didn't have to leave home to do my car buying. He has called me even after the sale to make sure everything was going ok with my vehicle. Grover is a great person to deal with. Coleen Gayheart

Great experience buying 2919 RAV

First time purchasing vechicle since my husband's death. After looking for two years, I finally felt confident that JD Kyle and employees were trustworthy and would assist with questions etc. after initial purchase. JD has been very patient with all followup questions and is helping me with technology setup.

Purchased 2019 truck . Marvin Houston was very helpful. I explained what I wanted and he helped me pick out the right truck that would suite my needs. He helped with the trade in and the fin. he was very helpful with the whole process.

I recently had a collision which totaled my 2003 Toyota Corolla. It had 170,000 miles and probably could have gone many more. I had always had oil changes done right on schedule. The only repair this car had ever needed was a new starter. Toyota Corollas meet my needs perfectly. I love them! Due to needing another car I went to my local dealership, Rusty Wallace Toyota in Morristown. The location is great and going there saved a lot of time and stress due to its convenience. Jimmy Campbell was the sales person who worked with me. He was great. He focused on my needs and wants and did an excellent job helping acquire the right automobile for me; the 2019 Toyota Corolla SE. Jimmy took great care of me as a customer and I was comfortable through the whole process. He was knowable, informative and there was no pressure to buy. I am very happy with my purchase and with my experience at Rusty Wallace Toyota.
