Had a very good experience here just today, Joe

Had a very good experience here just today, Joe Montgomery was helping us out and I loved that he was so knowledgeable. He was very understanding with my needs for a vehicle and answered all of my questions easily. Hopefully will be coming back to buy another car from him in the future!

I have bought several new cars in my life time and have

I have bought several new cars in my life time and have never spent over 4 hours during the process. This was not the greatest experience at this dealership. The trade in negotiation was just OK. Finally when the sale was locked in it was wait time. I simply wanted to finance the car. NOT tacked on added fees. The finance women tried to sell me an extended warranty package. Been there done that. That's garbage and they get a cut for those sales. When I didn't want it then there was attitude that was visibly clear. None of the fees were explained to me what so ever. They will sneak in a theft fee for $500 that they hope you don't notice. Had it been explained I would have denied it. Isn't that why people have insurance. They are Crooks. I will never buy a car at West Chevrolet again. In fact I won't even go there for my free oil changes. I am going to report them to the BBB. I even made a,statement that I had never heard of the theft thing before. CRICKETS!!! She should have told me I was being charged for it. My salesman made no attempt to go over any of the features of the car with me. I had to ask how to work the radio. Then as he was about to leave I asked if he was going to help me with ON STAR. UNBELIEVABLE. My last purchase the salesman took 40 mins to go over car. Hurry up and get back to their phone and Facebook. I had to go home in you tube and figure things out myself. If you do buy from them BEWARE of sneaky charges they tack on. I am livid over this. Honesty gets the customers and your reputation will be your downfall.

When I bought my brand new 2025 Equinox RS, I never

When I bought my brand new 2025 Equinox RS, I never imagined that within the first year and under 12,000 miles, I’d be making four warranty trips to the dealership for the same unresolved problems. Most recently, all major computer functions failed and USB, Bluetooth, CarPlay, Android Auto, the 360° camera, and even the onboard Google navigation could not be opened. This happened after West Chevy broke the original computer during an update and installed a replacement, leaving me in a rental for two weeks. After months of back‑and‑forth, they finally agreed to replace the faulty turn indicator stalk (which malfunctions and snaps the opposite direction) — an issue they’d known about but refused to cover under warranty because it wasn’t deemed “unsafe.” As for the dead computer, I was told GM is “looking into it,” but in the meantime, I should return the loaner and take back my fully loaded vehicle with no working computer at all and a turn indicator switch that signals to other drivers that I’m intending to traveling in a direction that I am not. On my most recent visit (8/23/25), West temporarily revived the system by manually clearing the cache in each app, a fix expected to last about a week. Despite two clear videos I provided, the general manager claimed not to see that my steering wheel was off‑center. The technician inspecting the turn indicator stalk also gouged the plastic steering column housing. I’ve now been told to return in 3–4 weeks for warranty trip #5 to address both the stalk and the steering wheel. Six Chevrolets. Three bought new. Every other dealership and model treated me right. My first time at West, and the incompetence is astounding. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
