Chuck Goss was great at keeping us informed about

Chuck Goss was great at keeping us informed about progress of the RAV 4 (it had to be built). Also great showing us things on the car and helped setup the electronics. We are repeat customers having bought a RAV4 10 years ago but it was wrecked and why we needed a new car.

On arrival went right in at the appointed time.

On arrival went right in at the appointed time. Good overall review of the vehicle and a description what was to be done. Received a time estimate that was right on and a cost estimate the was close but a little low.
