Was looking for a specific car and found it at Roberts. Will was great with the test drive and with getting info on financing and trade in. He got everything set up and ready, even though it was closing time and he had been there all day. Had only expected to test drive the car but wound up completing the transaction with a trade in that night. Would definitely go here again.

Only gave 4 stars four repair quality, since Ts only been a day. So far, it’s great. Send me this survey back in three months, and if it remains problem free, I’ll happily update to five stars!

One of the best places in Tennessee to buy a new car! The service department is fast and customer oriented. Would recommend them for all your needs. I live 30 miles away, but it is worth the drive.

Fixed noise in rear of truck. Turned out to be a stick rubbing against drive shaft. Fixed and no charge. Great folks! Highly recommend Roberts Toyota.

Took my 2019 Toyota sienna in for 10,000 mile service. The staff was on time for my appointment, The maintenance was completed, and I was On my way home in a very short amount of time.

Chris Elam was very courteous and worked hard to find the right car for me, even with year end deals going on! Then, he was understanding in getting our trades taken care of and working with us when we weren’t able to get to the dealership during the day. He stayed late to see that my deal was done and on the day we closed, my wife was in a hurry to get out of town, and he made sure that our paperwork was ready when we walked in, and we were out in 15 minutes! Talk about going the “extra mile”...this is the 4th vehicle we’ve purchased through John Roberts!
