I love getting my service here at Honda of Cleveland .It doesn't take an hour for them to change the oil and rotate the tires and that makes me a happy customer

50,000 mile check with oil change. Service backup, a loaner was needed. Mark and lady service assistant made it happen. Service completed in a timely fashion. Honda of Cleveland has my business.

I contacted Honda of Cleveland in March when Honda made the official announcement that we were getting the 2017 Civic Type R here in the USA. I wanted to put my name on the 1st one they got because this was going to be a limited-production car and I'm glad I did as dealers have now started asking as much as $20,000 over MSRP! Thankfully Blake, John, Corey and the whole crew at Honda of Cleveland made sure I was taken care of and treated right and didn't have to deal with getting ripped off by a dealer that was beyond greedy and wanting to capitalize on the situation with this limited-production car. I've wanted this car for over 15 years but Honda never brought it to the USA until 2017 so needless to say I had somewhat of an emotional attachment to this car so I can't thank the guys at Honda of Cleveland enough for making it all come together.

The entire staff at Cleveland Honda is outstanding! We were given a sales person who had only been there one week, Ty Edwards was his name. The entire staff were so eager to help him succeed and make sure we were taken care of in every aspect! He was amazing as well as those who helped him, JD Cowart was one and I believe the other was named John. It was passed closing time when we finished and they wanted to make sure we were well informed about our new vehicle so they asked if we could come back the following Saturday for a walk through on all of the pilot's features. When we returned the next week, Ty Edwards and JD Cowart walked us through every detail and feature of our new vehicle! We have also received text and phone calls from them both checking on us. Mike Hamby handled the financial end of the deal and was patient and worked diligently to set the paper work up properly as we were purchasing the vehicle through a trust. He was amazing as well! We can't say enough about Honda of Cleveland! Every time I walk in the door my wife and are treated with respect, kindness and like royalty!
