Happy Customer
On my 6th Volvo from Volvo of Nashville - Great service and fair prices. Always treated well and appreciate the local ownership by the same family since the beginning.

we do not sell, deliver , or follow up out of state business unless customer makes physical visit to our establishment and initiates a transaction. this has served us well for 50 years as there is too much room for error and misinterpretation. the exception to this is southern ky as it is close by. our logs indicate this individual whose name we have never phoned us... john tune, president, volvo of nashville
Steer away.
Spoke with the owner one day and he told me he would call back the next day. He did not bother to call. After I called him, he hung up on me when I questioned his pricing quote.

Volvo Of Nashville Very Rude & Lacks Integrity
I am astonished at the lack of professionalism at Volvo Of Nashville's Service Department. I personally had a very unpleasant experience with the Volvo of Nashville dealership. I honestly would never recommend anyone to go there. They lack the proper etiquette that customer service requires. After reviewing video of my very unpleasant interactions at this dealership and with Frank in the service department I am contemplating posting them for potential customers so that they may avoid the headache and frustration that I endured. This dealership is a reflection of the owner who allows his employees to show blatant disrespect and even laugh at a customers distress from their rudeness and concerns. Even with witnesses and an iphone in clear view there was total lack of respect nor an acceptable answer for their miscommunication, wrong statements and why they behaved so unprofessionally! This establishment should not be granted the privilege of bearing the "Volvo" name! You have been WARNED!

Great dealership
This is a great place to buy a vehicle. I would not recommend the Asheville or Winston Salem Volvo dealer.

Almost perfect.........
Bought this XC70 used from dealer. Buying process was very good over the phone, as dealer was very helpfull and even met us on a Sunday (off hours). Deasler spend a couple of hours showing the car and processing the car. Dealer was knowledgeable and pointed out many features to us. One getting home, I ran a carfax on the car since some of the paerwork didn't quite jib on the cars history ( I do recommend doing this upfront, dahhh). The car fax the dealer gave us was for another car and the car's history didn't match the description the dealer gave us from the carfax he gave us. The car was represented as a 1 owner car from Alabama that was traded infor a new one. The actual carfax showed that the car was owned by three previous owners; the first was a personal lease car. All said and done we are pretty very happy with the car and it still has 6 months on the warranty!

Would never recommend! Terrible customer service!
Mark their cars low but then are not fair on their trade in values. Wanted to give us wholesale for our 2012 Volvo, so when they went up 500.00 on our trade, the new 2013 went up $1000. We do know how to add and are obviously smarter then they thought we were. Another dealer was giving me a cheaper price on the exact same car and $2000 more on trade without seeing my car! Then went to another dealer who gave me the same selling price and gave $3000 more on my trade. I might add our 2012 only had 21k miles and was in excellent shape. This dealership also had a "D" rating on the Better Business Bureau website. I would never recommend!

Horrible Customer Service-From The Owner, No Less
We recently purchased a pre-owned XC60 from this dealership. Upon purchase (we paid the full asking price), they agreed to repair a few damages to the body of the car and offered a new loaner car to us while the repairs were being made. Up to this point, things were going well and we were happy, but then the owner of the dealership got involved and things got very strange. They called to say that we needed to return the loaner and the car we had purchased was only partially repaired and they did not plan on completing all of the repairs they had agreed to perform. We agreed to return the loaner car as soon as possible, but we insisted that they complete all the agreed upon repairs first. At this point, the owner got very hostile, despite my husband's consistently calm demeanor and continual offers to figure out a way to make this work. The owner wasn't interested in a civilized conversation and accused us of "holding his car hostage" and called my husband rude names. It is a shame to see someone think that this is an acceptable way to handle a situation with a customer. It is even more disappointing when a business owner doesn't stand behind his promises. If you are shopping for a Volvo in Nashville, please do yourself a favor and go straight to the Darrell Waltrip dealership and don't bother with Volvo of Nashville at all. No car is worth being treated so poorly.

customer was offered full refund of purchase price 5 days after purchase and refused refund...must have liked purchase price, hum. all terms of agreement were met, customer wanted more and refused initially to return loaner vehicle belonging to dealer. yes, there are customers we don't need or want when behavior is such, j tune, pres, volvo of nashville.
Took 3 times and triple the expense
We took my car here last year when it was dying when in idle at a stop light or in traffic. I was quoted 1000 to repair it. Reluctantly we went ahead and repaired it as it was an older Volvo. About a week and a half later the car started dying again. They repaired it again for about another grand which didn't work so it was in a 3rd time. Total cost was around 3k. We would not have had the repairs done if we knew up front obviously as that is about what the car was worth. I feel that this car was mis diagnosed. My husband tried to call the gm of the dealership who didn't return his calls. I feel taken advantage of and this has been bothering me since last fall. I would not take my car here again. It is very stressful to have your car continually die in traffic when you just paid to have it repaired. I finally got it to the dealership crying and was told by frank not to be so dramatic.
