car repair

I left my car on Friday and told them that I probable would not be able to pick it up till Monday so on Monday I did not hear from anyone in the morning so I called they said they would get back with me on the states of my car still did not hear back so a couple hours later called same thing they would let me know so I waited a little while I called and finally they said that it was ready but was to late to pick it upon Monday so had to pick it up the next day.

EXCELLENT Service and Professional Team!!!!

The Downtown Hyundai-Subaru service team did an excellent job with my vehicle repair needs. As soon as I pulled in my vehicle for service the service team and manager instantly assured me that my vehicle would properly serviced. I have a 2008 sedan with over 160,000 miles and I thought my car would need major repair work because the engine light was on and my vehicle was shaking terribly. The team diagnosed my vehicle quickly and resourced the most affordable parts needed for repairs. The repair was complete in a few hours and my car runs like it's brand new and very affordable!!

Recall repairs

I had 3 recall repairs addressed. I'm sure they were taken care of but I have no way of knowing. Lol. Angel took care of me and she was fun to talk with. She did a great job. Give her a raise!

Poor Customer Service in Service Dept.

I typically have an excellent experience here, but this time I was disappointed. I had an appointment, yet still had to wait almost 20 minutes to check my car in for an oil change and was told there were 2 cars still waiting to be serviced before mine. I was also told it would take about 45 minutes to complete the job when it took nearly 2 hours. I also requested the complimentary car pit stop where my fluids would be topped off, my tire pressure set and a multipoint inspection. None of that was done. When I asked the service rep about my low tire pressure light being on he told me I would need to drive 30 miles for the light to go off. I knew that was untrue because I have filled the air in my tires a number of times and the light goes off immediately. I understand that it was a busy Saturday but was disappointed with the service I received especially when this is not typical of them. I ended up having to take my car somewhere else to get my tires filled and fluids topped off.

Oil change

My first experience I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, but didn?t make me pay for the rotation because of the wait and they were very apologetic. The second time was an oil change and was done in a timely manner and everyone was nice and helpful!

Avoid this place! I?ve had my car serviced here twice & both times was HORRIBLE!
