I have been bringing my Tacoma here since moving to TN. They have exceptional service. Nike Byrd always gets me taken care of quickly and keeps me updated. Facility is great everyone is personable.

I was there on Wednesday, and Nikie or Nickie took care
I was there on Wednesday, and Nikie or Nickie took care of me, she was very short with her response and help, she seem like in a rush and kinda of upset. My car was done in 30 minutes for oil change and later on the day it was making weird noises, my husband check and the oil was all over inside the car, it was very disappointing and not very happy with the service. I also did not get the complimentary car wash like I said the whole experience felt rush and not put together for my satisfaction as I have always received. Nickie sure did not make the experience any better.

The service advisor was rude and hateful.
The service advisor was rude and hateful. I have been coming to this facility for 10 years. I told her when want the tire rotation was done in a 1:05 mins. I wouldn?t use her again .And, she said she didn?t care if I used her or not. Then she said if you don?t want to wait 2 1/2 hr. You can go somewhere else. I sure this followed up in service will not be responded too.
