Dennis was a great sales manager to work with.

Dennis was a great sales manager to work with. He was kind and very patient with me! I didn't have the best experience with the finance department and chose not to trade in or use their financing. Communication with the finance department was not great, but Dennis made up for it by constantly checking in on me and trying his hardest to move things forward. Overall, I love the brand and the car is fantastic!

He was knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and concerns. This was my first Lexus buying experience and I don't

This was my first Lexus buying experience and I don't know if I will ever go elsewhere. Sebastian was very knowledgeable about new and used options, encouraging us to test drive a few different cars to ensure we found the right option for us. He went out of his way to ensure we were prepared for our purchase and happy with our new vehicle after picking it up. We are very happy with our new TX and appreciate the Cool Springs family for taking care of us.

I reached out to Lexus of Nashville via Autotrader upon

I reached out to Lexus of Nashville via Autotrader upon eyeing a pre-owned vehicle for my teenage daughter. Within 60 minutes, I was contacted by Mr. Bobby Jones with all the pertinent information for the vehicle including CARFAX, service history, additional photos, and video. I’ll admit I was skeptical I’d receive quality service as I was inquiring about a vehicle under $15K at a Lexus dealership, but from top to bottom the customer service was impeccable. No high pressure tactics, just high-quality, attentive professionalism. The establishment was inviting, well maintained, and efficient. Of course the Lexus lines were impressive, but I didn’t see one pre-owned vehicle that wasn’t in great condition. They say they will only attempt to resell a pre-owned vehicle in immaculate condition, and any vehicle that fails their rigorous inspection will be sent directly to auction. I believe it based on what I saw combined with the assumption that risking your reputation for a $15K sale when you have vehicles over $100,000 on the lot would be a bad business approach. So if you’re considering a vehicle from Lexus of Nashville, don’t hesitate to give Bobby Jones a call. Whether you’d like trustworthy, no-nonsense service or prefer a little pampering and perhaps a giant red bow on your purchase, you can’t go wrong with Lexus of Nashville for a pre-owned vehicle or that $90K LS 500.
