While Darrell Waltrip Subaru has an amazing team some

While Darrell Waltrip Subaru has an amazing team some folks deserve special recognition. I purchased my Chevy Colorado from DW Subaru in 2022 and that experience was great. I found myself in need of a superior technician when other factory dealers were unable to diagnose a problem. Will Allen introduced me to Dustin. In less then five minutes Dustin identified the problem and I left feeling secure in his abilities. Sure enough he nailed it out of the park. Kudos to this young man and the entire team at Darrell Waltrip service department. You will always get a great recommendation from me.

Fast, Friendly Service

These service guys know customer service ... and, of course, how to fix cars! I had several warning lights come on out of nowhere, called in & they got me in immediately! My service rep was extremely accommodating & friendly. He had my car in the shop within half an hour. After a few minutes, he told me what the issue was, and an hour later, I was "On the road again" (using my best Willie Nelson impression). It doesn't hurt that they have complimentary snacks also!! I definitely recommend these guys. I've owed a lot of cars over the years & have been to a lot of dealerships ... by far, this was the best experience I've had. Thanks so much!!

Best service ever!!!!!!

Best place possible for service. I was created by Rob and he was very personable. Got me going again from a flat tire in a timely manner and took great care of me.

Subaru owners beware!!!

In April 2022 we were visiting friends in the Franklin TN area. Our 2020 Subaru Ascent died. We thought we did the right thing by taking it to the Darrell Waltrip Subaru dealership. They said they could not honour our warranty because it was with Subaru Canada and advised us to take it up with our dealership. A simple battery replacement turned out to be very expensive. After months of our dealership going back and forth with Subaru Canada and Darrell Waltrip Subaru. We found out that Darrell Waltrip Subaru should have honoured our warranty. We feel hussled and are extremely unhappy and also out several hundred dollars for a repair that should have been covered under warranty.
