Please don’t bring your vehicle here for service.

Please don’t bring your vehicle here for service. You’ll be screwed and frustrated. Absolutely terrible communication and they dropped the ball on fixing my Jeep. I dropped off my Jeep for work for what I thought might be a day and half or two days (later I was told it takes about 12 hours to do and they can do the work in 5 hours—so I was within my own expectations). On the first day I couldn’t get any updates, nor was I told the courtesy driver leaves early for the day. I was stranded at my work, and I ended up taking a lyft home and drove my other vehicle to work the next day. I made the appointment at a time when my husband was out of town so we wouldn’t be short of a vehicle, but that didn’t work out because he returned home and the vehicle was still at the dealership. Not being worked on. My first experience with the diagnostic appointment was with Tracey, and she was great. Then I got Paige and she’s the worst at providing updates and letting you know what to expect or not expect. I kept calling and got passed around to everyone’s voicemail. I couldn’t get her to cfall me back. Not even the service manager could help. When I finally got a hold of Paige I was told it would have to be there throughout the next week that the mechanic had to stop working on my vehicle to help on other vehicles. For me, that is a serious safety and quality issue. I don’t need a distracted mechanic working on my vehicle. I’m going to a mechanic that has the time and skill to focus on my vehicle. So basically, they just took the top cover off where they needed to work and that took a day and half to do. Yep you got it. Some great service there. Paige told me some cars sit there for four days or more—news to me. That would have been helpful to know ahead of time. I paid a diagnostic fee for nothing…for xxxxxxxx. Total waste of time and money. You should reimburse me but I know you won’t because you don’t give a xxxx about good customer service. Also, if you don’t have enough mechanics, stop scheduling so many appointments!!! And what is even the point of an appointment?!! As I walked away, Paige said let me know when you are ready to reschedule, so I gave her what she gave me, no response….crickets. Easily the worst customer service I’ve experienced—definitely not deserving of any “Customer Service Award.”

This was my first experience purchasing from this

This was my first experience purchasing from this dealership, and I must say it was exceptional from beginning to end. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the sales representative, Jose. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive to my needs and responsive to all of my questions. His approach made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. Buying this particular vehicle was a long-time goal of mine, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to now have it in my driveway. Found truck online and connected with Jose.

Found truck online and connected with Jose. He and everyone were very friendly, and I appreciate Jose?s no-pressure approach. Initial numbers were much higher than advertised, but once pointed out we got to a good deal. Paperwork was no-fuss, but then again I brought my own financing.

Bought my 2020 Ram Eco Diesel for repair.

Bought my 2020 Ram Eco Diesel for repair. The Service person seemed nice; however, after finding out how much the charge would be to repair my vehicle, I could have choked, 249.00 per hr for Labor. My Local Dealer, where I live, was $80.00 less. Then what should have been about .2.5 hrs of labor, I was charged 3.5 hrs plus a miscellaneous charge of $150.00. I would never recommend taking the vehicle for repair there, I will not be back again. I would rather pay a toll bill than give them my money.
