Nashville Jaguar

I recently took my Xf in for an oil change. I checked in and was told they couldn’t do it for several hours. They had no loaner cars. I’ve had my Jaguar for 6 years and have never had an easy service experience. Once I took it in for a recall and I got it back with an empty tank. It was a hot day so I guess the service technician let the engine and a/c run. Something negative has occurred each time I’ve been there

My 2017 F-Pace

Nick was absolutely the best to work with. I enjoyed my transaction very much and he did everything he promised. Process was easy, no games. The dealership is beautiful and the follow up has been wonderful. I will refer everyone to them.

2018 Discovery

We love our new Discovery. The sales process went very smoothly, in part because all the paperwork was done electronically and I received a full copy on a USB drive. It was fast, easy, and professional.

Best “ car buying “ and post sale experience I have ever encountered. Super salesman who found the car I wanted. A post “Encore” appointment where an extremely knowledgeable and professional individual patiently taught us about and how to use all the features of our new car. This was a true “value added “ experience that no other dealership has ever offered us - and that includes Porsche,Maserati,Mercedes and Lexus all of which we have owned over the years.

Terrible Service on Brand new 2018 Range Rover Autobiography

First experience with tires out of balance. Arrive at dealership at 7:30 and vehicle finished at 1:00. After leaving dealership car was worst than before. Solution from Land Rover was to take the cart to Gateway tire. And why? Gateway balanced all tires that were way out of spec, Also, one rim is defective. So I offered to purchase rim in which price quoted is higher than i can purchase. Second issue is with air conditioner makes grinding sounds.

making it right

I took my car in for an error code. Needed repairs were made but after I got the car back and drove later in the day, the same code reappeared. I took the car back and the root of the problem was finally diagnosed. The service department treated me very fairly on the cost of the additional repairs and handled the situation very professionally.

Excellent service and timely repair.

Traveling to Nashille when I lost the turbo on my LR2. LR Nashville worked my car in and fixed it in a day and a half! Extremely pleasant experience w/ excellent repairs!
