Friendly, very efficient. I had an appointment at 1:30 PM. Had to leave my car there early for another appointment. They had my vehicle. done before my appointment time. Overall I’ve always had a good experience with them.

John Hopkins and the service manager Gary, provided the best customer service I have ever had at a car dealer/mechanic. My 2022 Trail Boss had a fuel injector go out the day we were supposed to head back home to Illinois (15 hrs). My 2 sons, wife and I were “stranded” as there were no rental cars available. Both John and Gary were so accommodating and made sure I was on the road within a day and home safely. I can’t say enough about their kindness and flexibility.

That’s incredible service from John Hopkins and Gary — truly going above and beyond when you needed it most! Being stranded with family on a long trip is tough, but they clearly made it as smooth as possible. Sounds like they really care about their customers.
