We had the best experience at Devan Lowe on a Friday, this Spring. We met with Chip Horsley and he listened to our wants and needs for trading in our current vehicle. We test drove 4 different choices, he was very knowledgeable about them all. We finally decided on the brand new Cadillac Optiq. It’s an EV vehicle and absolutely fabulous. From our initial conversation to meeting with each individual team member helping us, our experience was amazing! We even met Tex and Keys (the sweetest puppy’s) and had our photo with them! We Thanks to everyone at Devan Lowe… Jill & Eric McClain

How about this.

How about this... My mother was able to complete the purchase of her 2025 Buick Encore GX from start to finish over the phone. Technically saavy, with no haggling and expedient in every phase of verifications with our lender agent. They were so expedient that our lender had our cashiers check ready for pickup and we traveled from Talladega to the lot in Rainbow City to receive the most impressive execution of the sales documents ever. I've conducted home loan closings in the past but never paperless the way they did. But aside of the impressive operations, Dan and each person who contributed to the process showed the warmest appreciation for our business. And we left there with that same warm and fuzzy feeling.
